Wellness & Life Style Coaching—how we work together

Sometimes we are in a state of confusion or overwhelm in terms of our health. We are presented with so many alternatives and choices that could help or hinder us in living a vibrant life and we don’t know where to start.

I offer a free initial consultation with the intention of determining the starting point from which to strengthen your foundation of wellness. I believe in looking at your wellness from a broad perspective and then identifying a few small actions toward easing the overwhelm, creating clarity and re-defining the purpose of wellness.

Radiant wellness can be honored in three basic categories:

The Body

  • This is usually the main starting point because we are in a state of discomfort, pain, illness….our bodies are asking that we pay attention to the warning signals….we are out of balance.
  • What do we have to work with…what are the strengths and weaknesses of the physical body? Do we have physical limitations?, allergies, illness?
  • What are we feeding the body in terms of nutrition to fortify the cells, organs and systems within the physical aspects of being…
  • How do we move our bodies on a daily basis to strengthen the core of the physical structure and maximize energy use…

The Mind

  • What beliefs do we operate from each day?
  • How do we language the story of our lives each moment?
  • What are our goals in life?

The Spirit

  • What is our daily practice to connect with our spiritual nature?
  • We are complex beings with each aspect of the body, mind, and spirit affecting the other…there is no right or wrong place to start…the key is that we begin at some point…when we do that the unique and innate organizing principal of the body, mind and spirit begins to shift….and we become well over a lifetime…
