Health is our Only True Wealth

1994 was a year of many changes for me. My health was poor, my marriage was failing, and I needed to find my passion for living. My story is about health, hope and opportunity.

I have come to accept and embrace that I was born with a God-given gift of life, health, and happiness and that my body is an amazing vehicle that compensates for all of my shortcomings for long periods of time. Our bodies continue to give us signals like indigestion, insomnia, worry, overwhelm, recurring colds and flu to let us know we are out of balance.

Then one day, the symptoms that we keep ignoring add up and we are in a healing crisis.

That is how it was for me. I had a severe case of Candida and it expressed itself in the form of irritating hives, low energy, mood swings, inability to focus, and depression. I was having a harder time getting out of bed each day and the hives were getting so bad I could hardly walk. It took 6 months of a rigorous diet, and a major commitment to work my body back to health. 

I realized without my health, I was no good to my family, my friends, my work--to life. 

I had to make some life-changing choices in order to get my health back.

I put myself on a strict Candida diet, and a weekly regime of Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Colon Hydrotherapy, bodywork, exercise and nutritional supplementation. My kitchen counter was filled with all types of vitamins, minerals, and concoctions to help me, but the progress was too slow.

I was so tired of taking so many supplements….one day I made the decision to find something that was better. The very next day a friend of mine introduced me to Simplexity. 

Within a few days I literally experienced the power of Super Blue Green Algae nourish me from the inside out.
