Our daily "work/jobs" are usually defined as a form of personal expression in the world. When we are centered in our purpose, all of the so-called "logistical" aspects of having a successful business, as well as a fulfilling job, naturally fall into place.
Just as wellness on a personal level is the balance of body, mind and spirit, so is this true in business.
Business has a structure, with operating departments or functions, which are an outward expression of our original purpose or desire to work (either in our own business or in an organization).
In the process of going to work each day, and running a business it is not unusual to lose focus of why we started something in the first place.
I have 30 years experience in a diversity of business functions: from small home-based start-ups to working in and with large domestic and international companies. My educational background and interests have centered around the dynamics of business administration, marketing and bringing our individual soulful calling out into the "work" world successfully.
My gift is to be a center of clarity and focus for you to come back to your center, to remember your purpose and to help re-create a team and structure that emanates that purpose.
If you are a business owner, then your soul purpose is expressed thru your company and the customers you serve. If you are an "employee" then your purpose is servicing another's calling with each helping each other to be fulfilled in our work.
