It doesn’t feel quite like Spring yet, but we all want more energy…we are beginning to feel the need to make some changes.
Recently, I have been inspired by one of my best friends moving to another country. I helped her decide, sort, pack, store and get rid of many things not only in her house but also in terms of re-organizing their entire life. And yes, I did bring some of her stuff to my place. Now my parents have made the choice to simplify their lives. They sold their home of almost 50 years and are moving. Yes, again I am helping to do the same empowering ritual of letting go with them.
Simplexity, the nutritional company I have been involved with since 1994, also made some re-organizational changes and I met with the new Management Team and reviewed all the powerful changes that will result in better service for their great products.
I am now more inspired to review and reorganize my life to create more ease and well being. Significantly I notice the more I take the time to eat right, exercise, drink plenty of water, and rest which were the recommendations in an article I featured last month (see Perspectives, Top 6 picks for 2006), the more I had energy and a positive attitude to help and cheer the people close to me to keep with their decision to simplify. I want to be available to those close to me body, mind and spirit.
This month the featured products support us to start making the change for springtime. The Super SunSmoothie is a great way to start your day with protein and nutrients to provide the energy you need. The article Take a Closer Look at Soy will give you more information about this source of protein.
The conference calls are also focused on supporting you to get your questions answered and to let go of your reasons and resistances to doing something just a little different. Small steps can create huge results.
Also, this month, I was featured in a nationally distributed newsletter to Simplexity consumers and business associates. You can read my article in the Networkers’ Edge (you’ll have scroll down a bit but I am in the section called: From the Field).
The Perspectives I feature this month are articles that help to inspire the internal and outer work we need to do to be healthy. Deepak Chopra gives you 10 keys to Self-Mastery. I’ve included some great statistics in Tidbits about Water to encourage you to drink more, and the article Enlightened Diet covers ways to change the diet for cultivating your spirit.
I encourage everyone to attend one of my educational events. You have an opportunity to learn more about Keeping Your Health with great ideas and actions that are simple to implement.
In terms of our children, my son and I are sponsoring an open house for Tim Corcoran from Headwaters Outdoor School, in Mt. Shasta. Nathan attended the boys-rites-of-passage last year and is inspired to do the Apprenticeship program this summer. Come and meet Tim, learn about how Nature is the best teacher, and bring your kids to enroll in any of the programs Headwaters as to offer. It is a great way for your children to learn and empower themselves naturally.
