The month of June has arrived and I instantly have images of long days, outdoors, enjoying a change of schedule and structure, good weather, travel and gatherings.
My daughter, Willow is graduating from high school and will use this summer to obtain her driver's license, work full time as a LifeGuard and prepare for college in the Fall. My son, Nathan, will head up to the Headwaters Outdoor School by Mt Shasta for 6 weeks to learn his lessons from the beautiful elements of Mother Nature.
And I will step into discovering more of myself as the family system is re-defined. Whew! For me that means spending a little more attention to eating lighter, physically doing more, and relaxing in the beach community that I enjoy being a part of.
